FAQ
How many photos will we receive?
The number of photos you will receive will depend on the type and length of the selected session. Please see my packages under the "Investment" tab.
How will I receive my photos?
You will receive your photos through an online gallery in which you are able to download and share your photos as freely as you'd like.
What's your turn around time?
The turn around time is typically within 15 to 20 days (Not including weekend or holidays!). However, I do my best to get your completed photos returned to you as soon as possible.
Soft Proofs?
Yes! I will send you soft proofs within 5 business days after your session. Please note that these are unedited versions. But you will be able to view all photos and select your favorites. I will then edit and return the photos to you by the turn around time (15 to 20 days).
Do you require a deposit?
Yes! In order to book a session a 50% non refundable deposit is due to secure your date. The remaining balance will need to be paid 48 hours prior to the scheduled session date.
What if I need to reschedule?
No worries! I understand that life happens. I do ask that you notify me 48 hours prior to your scheduled date. I would be happy to apply your nonrefundable deposit to a later scheduled date.
If less than 48 hours, your 50% deposit is non refundable.
What should I wear?
I'll send you an outfit style guide for some helpful style references once your session date has been booked.
For my momma's, I have a client closet full of beautiful dresses that you can choose from at no additional cost.
Can you help with planning?
Yes, certainly! Prior to our session, I will send a questionnaire which will allow me to prepare for our session on what your expectations and vision are.
You can also text or email me with any questions you may have or if you'd like any input on outfits and etc. I'm here to make your session as stress free and fun as possible!
Should I bring anything?
You don't have to. However, if you want to bring any items to personalize your photos your certainty welcomed to.
I also have some props that are available for use if you would like to incorporate into your photos. Ask me for details on the props available for use.
Can I design a custom package?
Certainly! If you aren't finding a good fit with my session packages, please contact me. I'd be happy to design a custom package to better fit your needs.
Mini Sessions?
Yes! I will offer mini sessions durning specific seasons throughout the year. I will provide all details of the planned mini sessions when available. Please be sure to keep a look out for the announcement.
